The journal and individual articles are available free of charge to readers- the final version of the manuscript is freely available via online open access from the website and printed copy by post.

• ZHSWMCJ published freely online and authors have free electronic access to PDF of the article. Authors can freely download the PDF file from which they can print unlimited copies of their articles.
• Submission of a manuscript implies that:
  • The work described has not been published before (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, or thesis)
  • Is not under consideration for publication elsewhere
  • That if and when the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors agree to automatic transfer of the copyright to the publisher.
• All the published volumes are archived electronically database server and printed copies are preserved at Institutional Library along with National Health Library and Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC).
